James impressed us from his first visit. He took his time treating each and every part of our house and yard. He went through each step of his treatment, asked about our concerns, and fully addressed them. He came out several times between our quarterly service to tackle some pesky cicada killers that would not leave our front porch. He had zero issues crawling under our house to do a termite check and set some mouse traps for us(when others would have upped the price, he didn’t add on any additional charge for going under the house). He is super courteous and always on time. We appreciate his quality of work and price so much.
