This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a flooring company. We weren’t expecting much walking in, just window shopping primarily. We found the type that looked great, then we met Mr. Alonso. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the types of flooring that they sold, he recommended we go with a different brand after us telling him that we had three animals. Once we chose the flooring, he scheduled us for installation. We had tile and carpet being replaced for 650 sq ft. These guys really did some magic. Being a former tile installer myself, I knew what needed to be done. The installers explained very well what the were doing and why it was needed. They completed the job in one day, and we are very happy. I will definitely be using these guys to do the kitchen when we’re ready. Very impressed!!!

Be careful with their bait n switch tactics! Have an advertised price of $1.59 installed per sqft and this special was told to me by another of their stores and when I went in person they said “we will not honor this, but this is what we can sell you at $3 more per sqft.” If that isn’t bait and switch, or just being a scammer I don’t know what is. Shady business and would not consider them again. Also reported them to the BBB and the Texas Attorney General.

I spent over a year trying to decide on new floors for my house and Floor N More worked with me through the entire process and a number of changes I made. When it came time to the install we ran intro a structural issue with the house and the owner came out within 15mins and gave an alternate solution to the install. The install team completed everything within 5 days with no delays. 6 months later the floors still look new. Great Job by the team.
