Was nice with nice neighbor's 12 years ago, but the last 7 year's or so teens have taken over cutting tires breaking in trailers and stealing cars and dealing dope!

Though We're only Just visitors, an not actual residents....nand I've only just visited from time to time, But I also haveneven stayed over night a few different times, at friends/families home's a few times, an a couple of times, our stay was for a couple nights straight... So well I guess, I would consider my opinion/review to be okay, an could potentially be used for a idea of how the park is, or well at least on- (how ones visiting experience could be,nhelped out , on if they maybe worried, or even thibking if moving in possibly even, an throughout a (12-months/a years time),nit usually seemed like a nice neighborhood , it is a kid friendly place... ☺ & its Truly, Not even very ran down- or like too old looking, as for alot of the other mobile home parks in the-Nky area !!! Id say, as for the over all appearance id give it a 7 or + out of 10. Because Most of the homes, are in decent or good living conditions , an as for the landscape/open grassy areas, or the personal yards / public roads or drive ways , an all other public areas, are in good, working, an looking shape , its a pretty safe place, and as for ud83dude06 kids playing outside, or around the park areas, it is okay, they'll be fine, ONLY bad thing, - I WOULD EVEN TRULY have to say, really is, ( How Hard It Can Be To Try And Drive In or Out of The Main entrances , because of how busy The main, roads are or can be, , which anyone, an or everyone in this area, Already knows this.... an how busy the main, roads, or highway can be.... so id say my over all score, would be a 7 or 8, out of 10... which is goid, because most othet parks in the nky, id only rate at 5 or 6, an a couple only at a 2, seriously.... so ,,,, YEAH.....
