Kids well mannered, adults are not only friendly but someone's always helpful and I seen one person stop mowing to help an elderly lady fix there flat tire

Deer Trace Trailer Park. What can I say about this place... New owners have came in and our lot rent keeps going up... I bought a trailer paid in full so I could stay away from a high rent bill... well now 5 years later I’m paying $470 just for lot rent.. that’s insane, you guys are money hungry and I don’t even know why because you guys don’t staff but like 5 people at the MAX. There’s around 300+ families living here THATS $150,000 every month.. ease up, really. You should be shamed of yourself
