I Absolutely love this place I am new to the Royse city area and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. The Nail Solon smells very nice it doesn’t smell like regular nail solons. Full of chemicals smells and stuff The women who did my nails took her time and she always asked me if I was satisfied with her work. They also offer complimentary drinks as well I thought that was sweet. I most definitely will be coming back to this very beautiful nail Solon

I’m new to the neighborhood and saw 2 nail salons one of them is Oasis. Tried them but my toes doesn’t feel like it got pampered after getting pedicureud83dude1e luckily I found Wynn Nail Spa. Customer service is excellent Stacy and Leslie did my nails! They’re so goodud83eudd70 Would recommend going here!!

I have been to Wynn Nails several times, andnhave always had good service. Today I was introduced to Lucky. She was amazing! She did an exceptional job on my nails. She talked to me, cracked jokes and made me feel important.

Fantastic nail salon! Quick, professional, polite, clean and great attention to detail! I would highly recommend this salon. Ask for Phong, he so amazing. He nice and did very good job.

Called ahead at 3:30 to see how long the wait was for 3 manicures. Told them it would be 15-20 minutes and the woman on the phone said “I’ll put you down for 3:45, but you can come before or after that time, I’ll just reserve you a spot.” She was incredibly nice over the phone. We even called back to add another person to our party at 3:37 and was told that was fine.nWe arrived at 3:55 and were told because we were “20 minutes late” they “gave away our spots” to other customers. Super unprofessional, seeing as they were the ones who told us to come in anytime before or after with no wait. Not to mention, when we did ask how long it would be for service they then said “well you were the ones who were late.”nYou know, I’d much rather just take my business somewhere else if you’re going to treat customers like that. I’ve never had a problem here before. Rude. Unprofessional. Don’t try and speak with the people up front, either. Oasis would be a much better place to go. Or anywhere, for that matter.
