PetVet365 Pet Hospital Florence

How do I give this a million stars? Cause thats what they deserve! These people have a true talent with pets. My dog can be quite aggressive and it doesn't help that he's 108 pounds. But that didn't stop them! Usually my dog gets really vocal at the vet clinic but he didn't even bark once at them! Truly amazing group of people!

They are very reassuring. I took my cat here for the first time, any questions I had, they answered quick. Very affordable care plans. I recommend to anybody that wants their pet well cared for.

First timers and I love this place! They really treat your pet like their own! My Nigel wasn’t as freaked out on the way home as I thought he would be! Hoping he had a good visit as well!

We LOVE PetVet365. We were going to another large vet in town and found out about PetVet365 through our Remi’s puppycare and decided to try them out. We could not love the experience more. It was a struggle with our old vet and gave us and her anxiety going there. With PetVet365 they understand the needs of each breed and actually treat your pet like their own with so much love and patience. Also love the texting option to make appointments and they follow up the following day! We won’t take our Remi anywhere else.

Our dog started showing concerning signs that something was wrong while I was at work. My fiance had the day off on an off chance, so this was the only day we had available. I called Pet2Vet an hour before they closed to just check if they could see her. Even though they were about to close for the day and we didn't have an appointment, they told us to bring her in.nnBecause I was at work, I could not attend the visit with my fiance, but I made sure to get all of the details from him that I could. He was very satisfied with how much they cared about Pepper from the get go, even though we had never had a prior visit there before. Pepper is a very nervous/anxious dog, and I was very happy to hear that she was given a lot of attention and love from the staff.nnShe ended up having to receive a shot. My fiance informed me that she was given plenty of treats to keep her happy and distracted before, during, and after injection. They gave him wonderful information on what to look for over the next few days, as well as information on making her more comfortable overall.nnFrom what I have heard from my fiance's visit, the staff was very professional & caring. I am so happy they didn't push us off until tomorrow given how close it was to closing time. I was expecting to pay $300-400 for everything we had done, and we ended up paying less than $200 for the appointment, examination, shot, and flea treatment. The worst part for Pepper seems to have been the car ride there/back. We will definitely be returning to Pet2Vet for our future needs.
