Can never get anyone on the phone.nCustomer service is awful.nThey changed their hours all over the place.nCloses at 3 pm some days and 5 pm on other days. How are people who work 8-5 supposed to go to the bank.nBBVA is a joke.
I love this bank, the only reason it's not 5☆ is because the 1-800 customer service line is horrible and not 24 hours... that should be fixed!

So we’ve banked here for 5-6 years. We’ve financed our home, vehicles, other loans for home improvements, and our leisure/camp trailer. They won’t print a temporary check. Of all the money they made off our family, they can’t afford to spot me a temp check. Wow. Customer service doesn’t exist here nor does gratitude for paying salaries with all the interest we’ve paid over the years.
