I called this company to look at a problem hot water heater they originally installed. They came out and looked at the hot water heater and made notes on the repairs needed. That was over 2 months ago. Haven’t heard back from them. I have called and called, their voice mail is full and I cannot leave a message. No other phone number. What kind of company does that? I understand there is a lot of building going on and therefore a lot of business for plumbers at this time, but why waste my time if you are not going to do the work. Business will not always be booming but I will always remember this business as being unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional.
Service was excellent, as usual. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have repaired a couple of leaks for me and replaced my water heater. They are fast and efficient and reasonably priced.
AKV is my preferred local plumbing contractor. Great service, and quality work. Chet and Joe have been at it for over 30 years. I recommend them!

I used him once before and he was prompt and did a good job repairing the leak and very professional. But when I needed him again he didn't call me back and I called him three times for plumbing problems. I guess he didn't want my business
