They no longer answer the phone unless you have a 903 area code. My husband has 817, and I have 469, so we have to get our son to call to even get them to answer. I've been trying to get a pretzel crust pizza for 2 weeks. 3 tries, and not once did they get it right. First try was a regular pepperoni pizza, second and third had tomato sauce instead of the cheese sauce it was supposed to have. Tomato sauce gives me horrid heartburn, so the dog got a feast.. I'll be driving somewhere else to buy my pretzel crust pizza before they discontinue it again. Sad....
No longer have ready pizza, have to wait 15 minutes or more, won't bring pizza out, although lobby open she insisted I drive through drive thru & pick it up. All vehicles stop & go. It's gotten so much worse in this year. ud83dude2b
Bad customer service when I went. No thank you have a good day whatsoever. So I said thank you and I was ignored so I stood there and repeated myself two more times and then she decided to respond. It's not hard at all to do your job in a nicely manner. I will continue to make sure I'm told thank you have a good day or what not
Very horrible experience every time i go. So i decided to try the portal. Order from home and go get it when its ready right? Absolutely NOT. I GET THERE MY ITEMS ATE NOT READY I SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE EVEN ASKED ME OF I NEEDED HELP. MANGER WAS JUST GOSSIPNG IN THE BACK THEN WHEN THEY ASKED THEY SAID OH WE FORGOT TO DROP THAT PIZZA UIN . THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND WE WILL NOT GO BACK WeDO NOT RECOMMEND
Ordered in person; pizza ready when promised (15 minutes) but the center half or so was gooey or not cooked enough, so much so that is adhered to the cardboard box and they became one. Otherwise the greasy pepperoni and cheese was very good as usual.
