Had to give a star to add review. Service was very unfriendly. Didnt say a word to me other than how much I owed. I asked for a chicken soft taco and still got crunchy beef which my diet can't handle. No sauces nor was I asked if I wanted any. No napkins. Will not be back to the My Zion location. Will stay at the Erlanger location.
I don't know what is up with Taco Bell lately, but here is what I have experienced three times lately at three different Taco Bells. Pretty much when I would get in the drive thru line... The store's computer system would shut down. It has happened at two different stores in Michigan and again today in Ohio. What is going on Taco Bell?
They get my order correct every time. Quick and friendly staff as well.
I'm giving this restaurant 1 star. I ordered a power bowl and a side of chips. My boyfrirmd a few tacos. We were about mid way through a three hour drive at the edge of a pretty bad storm last night. We got off the highway for gas and a bite to eat. We chose TacoBell for the pure closeness of it to getting back on the highway. So about a mile back on the highway I discover that there were three whole chips in my bag of chips the rest were pure crumbs and NOTHING TO eat with. Not a fork or spork or spoon. I didn't have enough chips to try and even eat half of my bowl let alone actually get to eat and enjoy my food at all. Also, whats the point of asking what sauces we want if you are just going to put the ones you want to put in my bag and not the ones I asked for. To top that off the tacos my boyfriend was trying to eat each had to be reassembled because they were a complete mess. I've seen toddlers put a taco together better than that.
I only eat taco Bell out of necessary I make way better tacos at home
