Great Clips

This place is usually great. I would point out, however, that though they state that they require masks, they still allow people in for haircuts without a mask. It's a superspreader waiting to happen.

First time going here! Nicole was awesome and did a great job on my hair!!! All the ladies were very friendly. Will definitely be back!!

I thought I found a hair dresser I had gone once before and this was my second time. I was charged 15.00 the first time and the second time I was charged 21.00 my hair dresser was mrs Jackie and I didn't get a special cut or clip both times so I reached out to the head of the company only to feel that I did the wrong thing be not getting a receipt or paying with a debit or credit card we all go get a haircut to feel better about ourselves I liked the job she did the first time so I gave her a 5 tip and second time only 4. Tip I'm not sure what prompted her to over change me I liked her and I thought she liked me boy was I wrong also the second trim she left one side uneven. Now I guess the district manager Melissa could only find one transmission I'm not sure why she didn't ring it up right but that's what I mean by making sure you play with a credit debit card and get a receipt cross all your Ts and dot all your Is I just wanted to feel good about myself in extremely frustrating trying times and I came away feeling like I got ripped off. Shame on you mrs Jackie I really hope you you have learned a lesson by me at least bringing this to the attention of upper management and this cant keep going on . I feel as though it was a bait-and-switch situation NO ONE should have to worry about paying in cash debt or credit I like to pay in cash so the people who are tipped employees have the choice to claim it or not but I'll never walk out of any place without a receipt a lesson learned.
