My mail box is been broke for four weeks they our holding my mail instead of delivery it I have talk to them twice getting know where. I work and can not run to the post office everyday I have bills and medicine coming they our very rude. How can I get them to do their job

Apparently this locations drivers don’t believe stop signs apply to them. My complaint doesn’t stop there though: they also deliver my mail several complexes away from mine, and continue to deliver mail for previous residents even after they took the correct steps in going to the post office and putting in a change of address over 9 months ago. I used to live in Hebron, independence, and grant county. I have never seen a USPS office this much of a joke. Please do better.

There was a blonde young girl who took my packages. She was very nasty and selfish. I don’t know why their management doesn’t read these reviews and correct them. It’s very unprofessional and stupid to be rude and selfish with customers. I went to USPS to support government postal service but it was awful.
