We used to be able to go in & get a # to use the computers. Now you are met at the door & you can only use computers if you have a library card or if you go get one immediately.nThe library was a great place to go to relax & it's just not the same now. The lower area is roped off. The upstairs is empty. There used to be people all over enjoying the library.nI'm sure all this is due to covid regulations. If they keep on we soon won't be able to use a library at all.
asked 2 different librarians if i could conduct an interview via my laptop, both said that was okay, i also informed them i had no headphones and they said it was okay if i did it downstairs. In the middle of my interview a different Librarian started yelling at me, they didn't even check with the other 2 librarians before this, it was very unprofessional and it was a very important interview. Never had an experience like this in my life
Tullis is our favorite local library. It has a wonderful children's section, lots of great events, an engaging adult book club and friendly staff. Our kids always feel welcome; our youngest child was even spontaneously invited to play along in a Christmas program (see photo).
Is open to the public again with face covering of course.
Pretty good selection and they're staying safe during the madness
