This location is great! Excellent customer service as soon as you walk through the door. My first experience was awesome, went in for an exchange and Shelby assisted me! Quality of service was just as great when I went to go pick up my bracelet. Looking forward to coming back.

I would just like to thank Andre and Megan for being so helpful, informative and patient with my 9 year old daughter yesterday. They listened to her rave about her new charms, helped her figure out where to place them and even gave her a few tips on how to take care of her bracelet. I can't thank you guys enough. What a wonderful experience.

Wow! The staff here was (and always is) SO HELPFUL! Today they offer problem-solving suggestions that left me spending less than anticipated (needed longer necklace and found an extension would work). I received much-appreciated ideas for different ways to wear some of my James-Avery treasures, and left feeling like I made some friends! Thank you, Kathleen and Staff!
