Everything is as is. Nice people but the service not so much. Refrigerator I bought was trash wiring was all rigged up. Never again.
I bought a dryer from them paid over $600.00 dollars for it and paid it off. After the 4 months warranty went out the fifth month the dryer broke I called somebody else to try to get it fixed and they said it would cost me about five hundred bucks. So if you buy anything from them be prepared for it to break down. I'm not the only one that has had problems with them.
My husband bought a stove today and was told the extra 50.00 we paid was for delivery and set up....the guy dropped it off in our front yard and said it was for delivery only....their receipt on the purchase was altered after my husband purchased it to say delivery only and when he called they said the lady was christian and would not lie and then she hung up on him!!! I have purchased several items from them in the past but i will NEVER again and will be sure to tell everyone about our horrible experience!
This place is deceiving. Looking for a freezer, Husband called and the woman that answered said she just got some new ones in. For some reason we were under the assumption they were new the way she was talking. Went to go pick it up and it was a used appliance. On top of that they are charging the exact same as Home Depot for a brand new. Seems to me they are price gouging due to freezers in being in so high demand.
You cannot contact this business quickly. You have to call them and leave a message or text and wait for them to return your call. Even after you buy your appliances and are waiting on delivery. My washer and dryer showed up late and on dirty trailer. Then they used one of my towels (because they didn't have any) to clean it and still made a mess in my house. They knocked the dryer vent off under my house and didn't have a replacement.
