Helpful, kind, funny. Good phone experience
Love House of Travel planning our vacations. Whether it's a weekend getaway or week-long vacation, they make it easy and are always just a phone call away to ask any questions.
They just did our vacation to Mexico resort. Bambi took care of everything. I was nervous at 1st but when we got to the airport everything went without a hitch. I definitely will be using these guys again. Thanks to Bambi for giving me and my wife THE BEST VACATION EVER. Robert Dobbs.
A one stop shop the agent found me every discount she could and made my trip a lot stress full . you need to travel call them
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They lied to us from the get go, and took our money when we had to cancel. They said if we pay extra for the certain insurance we would be able to receive most of all our money back, but in reality we lost over 1000 on our tickets. They don’t return phone calls, and they don’t treat their clients the way a business should. They are crooks in my eyes. Very very upsetting, but lesson learned and I hope no one else can fall into their lies.
