Came in mid quarantine looking for a firearm, at the time they didn’t have much to offer but Mitchell was very dedicated to helping me find exactly what I was looking for. After being unable to make a decision, he kept me up to date whenever new firearms became available. Excellent customer service I will be back to shop again!!

Bob at the Florence store always make sure we get the best service. Whether its getting an extra $20 on a pawn to cover gas money or keeping the door open an extra 5 minutes in order to make my payment. Great guy!

I have been here several times, they are always super fair and helpful. When the manager Bob comes by he seems to have genuine concern about helping me find everything my family needs. Couldn’t be happier

Was helped by Chris and he was a very nice and helpful salesman. Made the whole experience very quick and easy. Highly recommend asking for him when you stop by but I’m sure the other workers are just as nice!
