My favorite place to go. I always go to Florence Ky. Go there and ask for Jamie, you won't regret it. She is so sweet.

They sized down my engagement ring a couple months ago. I had noticed about a week later that there was a tiny split in the metal, where I'm assuming it was cut to resize. Today, the ring completely split in half. I regret taking my ring here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band here. The diamond fell out of my wife’s ring twice and the first time I was 20 days past getting them inspected so I was not covered in the replacement. That was disappointing, however I paid another ridiculous amount of money to have it replaced. Then, one month later the diamond falls out again. The first time I was misquoted by two different people of the time it would take to complete and took months to get it back. Overall a very disappointing experience and I wish I wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. Stay away from Kay and their sister companies.
