Waco Pool and Spa is by far the best pool service company in the greater Waco area. Tim and the rest of the staff are always very responsive and knowledgeable. Their service fees are competitive with other companies and you definitely get what you pay for. I have hired several companies in the past and they were not reliable, didn't do a thorough job, or didn't even show up at times. Waco Pool and Spa is extremely reliable, they have the best customer service, and I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.
We recently had an in ground pool installed and are using Waco Pool and Spa to service it. We've been so pleased with their timeliness, attention to detail, and work. They even came out right after the ice storm to check on our pool because they knew it was new! We've been so impressed and can't wait to enjoy the summer in our pool.
I will never let anyone work on my pool but Tim and his crew. They have serviced my equipment for guessing 8 years? maybe longer? Great people. Professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous and extremely helpful (and patient with me). They know their business. Having a good pool company that you trust is like finding a good auto mechanic. They are gold!
Waco Pool & Spa is hands down the best pool service in town. Paul is an awesome pool tech and always super careful with my dogs (the little one has jailbreak impulses). My pool looks fabulous all the time and I'm so thankful to have a trustworthy pool service with polite, articulate technicians and staff.
These guys are the best. After the ice/snow storm they repaired my broken pipes and made sure everything was in working order. Their service crew is the best. They were very fair on the pricing of the repairs and the parts.
