Today was my first time trying Cryotherapy. It was an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, full of information, attentive, knowledgeable and just great to do business with!nThat said, I would recommend Cryotherapy to just about anyone, and would recommend Elysian Cryotherapy to EVERYONE!nPumped to be a monthly member!nLet me add... the massage chair is just perfect!

I was trying to get back in to a work out routine after some time off and a foot injury. I was experiencing pain and soreness in my knees and ankles. This was making it difficult to stay with my routine and just uncomfortable in general. I noticed some relief from these symptoms after my first session at Elysian, and noticed it even more with each additional treatment. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing this type of pain or soreness.
