The concept whose time has come. Sure converting a silo into a home and or retail space is great yet shipping containers are far more versatile and accessible (set up anywhere versus modifying an existing structure). Snuck in to have a peek at the project. It's going to be great. Supposedly completed by summer 2020. That may be optimistic though the infrastructure is in place. Waco is growing and it's nice to see just how this small town is establishing itself as a sustainable development community. Can't wait to see how this project turns out (and what other projects crop up around Waco).
