You get a great deal of information... all at once, yet they are willing to slow down, or break it down into simpler clearer steps so you know what needs to be done next and well schedule your next follow up visit.
Just gotta be prepared or willing to wait in line sometimes, but most of the staff is friendly and overworked and understaffed. Still its for a greater cause!
