Called late Monday, minutes before their closing time, ended up talking to Kory (President). He took the time even at the end of the day to listen to scenario of event that happened. Determined it wasn’t an emergency, and would have someone contact me the next day. Got a call just after 10am, that someone was on the way. Josiah came shortly after and got to work. Confirmed our grey water pump was dead, replaced it, added a silent check valve as well. Encouraged me to watch and ask any questions that I may had. All in all thrilled with the whole experience. Will use again if any both needs arise.
Their response time was good. The repairman was professional and courteous. Owner followed up to make sure work was terrifc and that the problem was fixed in no time. Service was good and their cost were very reasonable. They will be recommended to my friends and family.
Jeffery was terrifc ! within 15 minutes he had the slab jack hammered, and then 15mins later he found the leak! he was professional clean and exceedingly efficient, I planned to be here all day, but he was out at like 10:30am. Thanks again Jeffery! Also Allen who also did the estimate was very forth coming about all that will be involved what I’m responsible for ,and the price that can be expected. Thanks again guys for all your help!

had to share my experience. the plumber, terry, was fantastic. he showed genuine concern for my issues and had the knowledge to correct them. i'll will use these guys for all my household plumbing in the future.
