Due to a refinancing inspection, we needed our water heater strapped to the wall for earthquake protection. Within an hour of our call, Will Hodges was at our building to inspect the work. His job estimate and recommendations for annual service were reasonable, so within two hours, Will was able perform the safety strap installation as well as clean out the water heater tank, tighten up the natural gas line valve, install safety screws and foil tape around the exhaust vent and vacuum the lintel, dust and other dirt away from the water heater. Excellent service that went way above and beyond what we expected.
Eric did not leave until he double checked the water lines to make sure I wouldn't have future problems. An honest Waco plumbing service. Many thanks to this fine company.
Rubbin did an outstanding task clearing our clogged pipe from our kitchen sink. He was thorough and made sure there where no leaks when he finished. He tested the drain efficiency and made suggestions for keeping the line clear in the future. Rubbin then cleaned and disinfected he touched. He was professional and knew his trade very well.
