I never like to go to these type of clinics because you never really get treated very well. I had gone to this clinic twice in one week and had the greatest experience with the staff. Everyone was so happy and nice. I actually enjoyed my experience a great deal. I would recommend going to this clinic on Franklin Ave in Waco to anyone. The staff there was professional and friendly.

Customer service is very important to me. I have worked in healthcare for a number of years and I see the importance of good customer service to the patients. When arriving to this facility you can immediately feel like you’re intruding. Both my husband and I have had to use this facility feel like the staff is very inattentive and could care less. There are no smiles they don’t look you in the eye not to mention that for a drug screen you have to wait an hour. We will be sure not to use this facility again and if asked about using an urgent care we will not recommend this one.

I went for a pre-hire drug test. They weren't busy at all, and it took at least 30 minutes to be called back. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She was short and to the point. I understand she may have been having a bad day....but still. She could have been nicer. The same goes with the tech who did the drug test. She wasn't friendly at all. She was very rude. I mean you work with people, you should at least act like you like your job a little.

I had a great experience getting my drug test and physical done at Concentra Urgent Care for my new job position. The staff was really nice, the building was clean, and the process was very easy!
