My husband can never get his meds on time because of some reason unbeknown to me. My neighbor has the same problem. We have never had this problem at our other pharmacy! They will call or text that it’s ready the he goes to the pharmacy to find they are out and it is not ready. How can a pharmacy get away with this. They are pitiful!!!! In addition I have gotten another message stating meds were ready and for the 4th time this week have gone to the store and they were not ready. I spoke with the manager, Jeff, about the issue and he was very unprofessional and rude. He also refused to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Staff is rude, never friendly. Prescriptions are NEVER ready. I have had to drive to the store multiple times a day, because they keep telling me to come back at a certain time and my prescription would be ready. They can never give an explanation as to why they are not ready, all they tell me is “I don’t know who you spoke to or what happened”. When you work in an area that evolves people’s health, I would think the professionalism and organization should be top of the line. I have had so many bad experiences with this pharmacy (especially recently) that I am looking to fill my prescriptions elsewhere.

Busy, long lines to get medicine. They had multiple employees, long drive thru lines and the line inside was long too.

This pharmacy is great for me if don't like them go someplace else I'm staying with these people
