I called five paint companies. They were the only one that called me back, and he did so promptly. He met me just a few hours later to give me a bid on the house. He walked the house with me asked me exactly what I wanted done clarified everything so we’re both on the same page.nnThey did the work and they did a phenomenal job. I live out of state so it was important for me to get updates on how it was going. He updated me, sent me pictures of the progress and When the project was complete.nnThese guys are outstanding. Their prompt, do a great job, keep you up-to-date on how the jobs going. I will use them again and recommend to any and everyone their services.
They have excellent quality, paying attention to the details and still finishing the job on schedule. Their guy Angel used every minute of sunlight prepping the outside of the house so that painting could start early the next morning. Dedication. They did a great job removing old wallpaper borders on the inside and painting out rooms to bring the entire house up-to-date.nRonnie, the owner, is hands on, working alongside the rest of the crew when he can. This allowed him to head off an issue when it arose (there's always something unforseen) and draw from his extensive experience to make multiple suggestions to get the job done without compromising on quality.nA really great team that I wouldn't hesitate to hire again.
This was the 1st time we hired contractors to paint our house, along with replacing rotted wood & masonite.nThis was the best, joyful contract experience I've ever had!nYou hear horror stories about contractors. In fact currently, 2 of my parents neighbors out of state contractors, ripped them off.nI'm the 1st person to stand up & complain if I have a problem, but I am also the 1st to stand up when I receive over & beyond service.nThe owners Ronnie & Amy explained every step of the way. They we're more than happy to answer all my many questions by phone, text & email.nTheir employees are very respectful.nI trusted them so much, that even though our new door wasn't going to arrive until 3 days after they finished , Ronnie said he would deduct the price of painting the door & then charge me after, I insisted on paying him up front.nI asked if one of their workers could install our new front door & frame. He had 1 with experience & charged me half the price that a home improvement store was going to charge me.nThe same day he installed my door, Ronnie painted it.nAnd his wife, Amy was spot on helping me find the perfect color for our door.nnIf you want to see beautiful work done by Waco Painting, ask them to show you b4 & after pictures of housenBlue & White house on E. Quality work at a reasonable price.nThey provided a very detailed scope of work in their estimate to paint the exterior of our home and did what they said and then some.nWe were more than pleased with the results and highly recommend them for any painting needs.nRandy and Linda Shorter.
