Fast service although it was quiet in there. The team member there did not waste anytime to make my smoothie. She even catered to my requests of reducing the ice in my smoothie. Thank you!

My husband and daughter went in to smoothie king on Sunday, 5/3, my daughter’s birthday coincidentally. My daughter has never been to a smoothie king and was excited to try it. My husband asked the chubby Hispanic man (20’s-30’s—I believe his name is Brandon who said he is the assistant manager of all things!) with black hair helping them if they could do a pineapple mango smoothie. The man replied with a smirk, “...you gotta do your part man, it’s right there [on the menu], pineapple Greek yogurt smoothie.” I couldn’t believe it. What horrendous customer service! There are a million reasons why someone might not be able to read your menu (didn’t bring their glasses, illustrate, etc.) and even if they could have, that is the worst customer service we’ve ever received. Anywhere. Don’t go here—use your $ someplace where the people helping you have some decency and aren’t rude when you ask a question.

If I could put no stars I would, Messed up my drink and still tried to tell me i was wrong that it was my watermelon hydration which I been ordering for a few days straight so I know it's PINK COLOR he gave me a orange yellow drink or after finding out it was pineapple mango. Rude attitude and disrespected.

I came to SK for the first time, and it was great. I was very impressed with the Gladiator smoothie I ordered. There was a big order in front of me but I only waited maybe 5 mins. Far better than any other smoothie place I've been in Waco. Hope it wasn't a fluke, I will have to come back again. Very good smoothie.. tasted the individual ingredients nothing overpowered the others ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dnHappy staff too. Seemed like good management.
