Sage Fine Jewelry

My now fiancé worked with the owner of Sage to create and design my ring. He did very a good job on that part. But when my fiancé and him discussed when the ring could be finished by, the owner was very confident and on board with the timeline as to when it should be done. When the deadline was approaching, (the week before it was supposed to be finished), my fiancé checked in with him to see where he was in the making just to make sure everything was going to plan. The owner then assured him it would be done, no problem. The day it was supposed to be finished, my fiancé was asking about the ring since he never really heard from the guy. The guy then lead him on to think it would be done that day and it never was. The fellow kept leading him on telling him it would be done, so my fiancé stayed up all night expecting the guy to deliver the ring at around 5 a.m. and the guy never showed. (This was on the day it was supposed to be done) He told my fiancé it would be done the next morning and that he was going to turn off his phone for a bit. Eventually, The guy told my fiancé sorry... the ring wasn’t done and that he was going out of town for vacation currently. He then informed him that he would get someone else to complete the ring in San Antonio. So, a week passed after the deadline and my fiancé finally got my ring from another guy. Not a great experience, but at least he got the ring.
