I bought my dream watch online for a great price but when it was delivered, the band was huge and I needed to remove four links. This particular watch had difficult screws to remove. I took it to another jeweler and they couldn’t do it. I decided to give Boozer’s a shot before driving to an authorized dealer in Fort Worth. I’m glad I did. Junior knew the history and why the watch screws were so used to remove. After about 20 minutes, I had the watch on my wrist and it fits perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be back.
I haven't even picked up my ring yet, but I am so impressed with how well I was listened to and I felt like the jeweler I spoke to (Junior) really cared about what I was hoping to accompish with my wedding ring. We looked together at rings already on display and discussed options. I was quoted a fair price and was treated professionally. I'm so relieved to have found a jeweler I will return to again and again. I have confidence he will do a great job with my ring.

Excellent service! I had a pearl which kept coming out of the setting, and they came up with a solution which I would never have thought of! Love it and it certainly won't come out again. They are all wonderful to customers.
