I made an appointment here after moving to the area. I was the only patient there during my appointment, so wait time was very short. I had my three year old daughter with me, and all of the staff were very kind and understanding toward both of us. I had a great experience with everyone involved. The only thing I didn’t understand was when they gave me a paper prescription for glasses instead of making them right there, which I have never seen before. I also wish that they had informed me ahead of time that they would be dilating my eyes, because I drove myself to the appointment and then had a very difficult time driving myself home due to that. Also, DO NOT follow your GPS to this address. It will take you the totally opposite direction! This office is located just a little ways past the Wildwood Inn on the OTHER END of US42!

I'm sure the service is fine, but they never answered the phone. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up.
