As a local Realtor, I recommend Blake with Motex Construction often as he is ethical, does beautiful work, and has very competitive pricing! He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied with his work. I have also used him for projects on my personal home including all new siding and a new roof. His crews are polite and Blake makes the process as simple and quick as possible. Great company!

Motex converted our attic to an upstairs game room and additional bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet. We could not be happier with the outcome. Blake has a gift of excellent communication, patience, and dealing with people. He is fair, he tried to help us save money as much as he could, and he is honest. We had complete trust in him the entire time. Anytime you have a project as big as ours , you are going to run in to unexpected obstacles. When that happened, Blake was diligent and “on it”and was so thorough. His character shows through his work and his fairness. We will only call MOTEX for any future needs.

MoTex converted our attic to additional living space. Blake Henry and his team are fair, honest, and reliable. I appreciate his excellent communication throughout the entire process. Blake is very transparent when it comes to the finances of the job and was able to show me exactly where every penny was spent. The finished product is precisely what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work that Blake and his team provided. MoTex will be the only company we call if we ever need home repairs or additional remodeling.
