JJ’s Balloons was great to work with. I live out of state and called to order some balloons. Jennifer helped me pick out the best balloons for my 2 grandsons’ birthdays and even sent me pictures of the finished balloon bouquets. They also delivered them! Excellent customer service!
The best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I called around looking for the right place to get balloons for my daughter’s birthday party, and from the phone call to the point where I picked up balloons was over the top customer care.nThe balloons lasted longer than we expected, and looked great.nIn comparison to the corporate competition they should get ten stars!nWe will be using JJs balloons forever more and recommend anyone else do the same.
