Forgot to leave review I had to look up number because now I need a new appliance a refrigerator .about a year ago I purchased a dryer we had a horrible storm and the next day I noticed my dryer no longer worked i called them they got me in the following day and changed the fuse which I didn't even know dryers had. Dryer still works a year later. their service was absolutely amazing great company like I said I'm going back to them for all my appliances needs they take care of their customers money well spent

The service at Appliance Plus was outstanding. They went out of their way to help me troubleshoot a washer I was trying to fix. Overall a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used stackable washer and dryer from an individual,, not knowing whether or not it was working properly. I was concerned about leaks and wiring (and knew it needed all the connecting hoses, etc.) I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to check it out, put it through the cycles. Jill was so nice on the phone, understood what I needed, and scheduled a service call the next day. Shannon arrived on time, brought all the needed hookups and had it up and running in less than an hour. He answered all my questions, showed me where everything was located, what not to do, and things to look for. He could not have been nicer. I will definitely use them again! Thanks so much for time taken to make sure everything was done right.

Drove 40 miles just to do business based off reviews online. Walked in to buy washer, dryer, and stove. Lady was on the phone the entire and acted like we were a bother to her phone call... Had she welcomed us in, we would've bought quite a bit. Guess the call was more important than sells.

I've purchased appliance parts from them in the past and they've always been fast, courteous and helpful. Finally needed assistance with a repair on my 13 year old refrigerator that I couldn't seem to take care of, he came out at the appointment time, found the issue, ordered the part and returned the next day to install. We were up and running and price was fair. Thanks so much for your service! Based on my experience I would readily recommend them.
