Absolutely great customer service from the new technician, Bryan, to my area. The professionalism was exceptional and informative about the entire service. Provided outstanding service to our homes. When he came, he was nothing but professional and polite. He was very thorough and explained in detail everything he was doing and how the future processes were going to work. A lot cheaper than I thought it was going to be and I didn’t have to do a lot to prepare which was nice. I have kids and dogs and they made sure to tell me that nothing would harm them or myself in the process. Would recommend every time!
Orkin has done my pest and termite control for many years. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly and are always willing to educate the homeowners . The company responds quickly.nnI continue to highly recommend Orkin. I recently purchased their fire ant program. It has been mostly successful at controlling the problem. I did have a recurrence and the tech was here the next day to take care of the bed. Their service is under warranty so no additional charge.
Fast, friendly and professional. Came out to inspect same day as call!! Got my wasp problem that were indoors under control along with other pests the very next day. I have an indoor cat that was fine with the products they use too! I highly recommend them
My servicemen is always on time, friendly, and makes friend’s with my dog.nOnce, I had an issue with tiny ants coming up my sink and the service was out immediately.nOrkin preformed service 60 miles away, before I moved to Waco, and still does for others. The service was for the same quarterly fee.
