The ER care here has really gone downhill. The nursing staff show NO compassion to family members, and will bold face LIE to you while your family member lies crying, scared on a dark room begging to see you for hours on end. All the nurses had to do was have a little compassion and do just a little more than the minimum. If I had a choice, I'd never come here again.
