We used this company for years, and it was great, until the past 15 months or so, they totally dropped the ball. Multiple schedule visits totally ignored, no call, or text to let us know. This is particularly hard when you are given a window of 3 hours or so, then you wait and your plans change when they don't show up and have to reschedule. I do have to say that their product is great, the technicians have always been friendly, but sadly the company is either growing too fast, or just don't care of their long term clients anymore. Bottom line, is not a pleasant experience anymore.

Wonderful company to work with. Very punctual and nice. They generally do a wonderful job when asked to focus on a specific area. I would give them a 5... but sometimes they don’t get my upper rock wall very well. It’s pretty high in my yard and I still have some issues with slugs. We have loved them so far though and have been with them for about 5 years.

This is a great company to do business with! Whenever I have needed extra attention, they are always pleasant and quick to resolve any issues. Rarely have I seen any evidence of spiders or bugs in my house unless it is time to be sprayed. I would recommend them to anyone in need. We have used them for several years now and have had multiple opportunities to switch companies, but am extremely happy with AB Pest Control!!

I have used AB Pest Control and Lawn Care for over five years and have always been satisfied. My lawn always looks nice - no weeds. I don't use the Pest Control as much as I'd like to because I can't always afford both lawn and pest control. My biggest problem is wasps. I've had to call them back for a second try at getting these wasps under control - they always come out a second time for free which I appreciate.. The young men who do the work are always friendly and kind.

AB has always been very professional and prompt with their appointment windows. They are very affordable compared to other companies out there. Anything I've had to call in for an issue they've handled it with a smile. They keep bait stations on my property to keep voles away and haven't had an issue since setting them up. Highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.
