I’m not the type to do negative reviews or speak my opinion on something, because I believe karma does all the work for you, but after my experience Let me share a story with you guys about this place!!! So I waited and anticipated on coming here for 2 years It took me a very long time to finally see a dermatologist And once my appt finally came I was very Excited about it but when I came there I had to wait a very long time that’s red flag number one red flag number two the front staff was very rude I didn’t feel welcomed or comfortable at ALL!! Even when I would call they became very rude for no reason at all. I saw a dermatologist and she wasn’t so nice either she said she didn’t know much about my skin type and she was giving me really weird looks and snarky replies. She was trying to say my skin was because of my weight and that maybe I should get tested for diabetes but I told her that I’m not a diabetic and I came from the doctors a week ago for a checkup and everything came out fine she just didn’t give me a good vibe at all she was very unprofessional and then I had to pay over $50 just for her to tell me nothing and leave out with a paper that just says what she thinks it could be and after all that trouble I get a bill in the mail for another remaining $30 for nothing!! You guys be weary of this place do you’re research find something more suitable for you they’re not experts at skin care with POC or other nationalities maybe find somewhere that can be more of a help because they definitely wasn’t and I regret spending my time and money on this place. Anyways they lost a good customer and I’m currently finding another awesome place where they’re skills and customer service is top notch ❤ufe0f

In grade school I got a mole removed on the side of my face, it was easily done with no problems. I recently came back for a full body check on 1/31/20, I felt great after hearing it was all clear. The wait time wasn't long, and the appointment was only about 30 minutes. The front desk was friendly. Definitely recommend.

Called on a Monday for a painful cyst and they saw me as a new patient on Thursday. Had an appointment Friday for the removal. My sitter couldn’t watch my 2 kids as she was sick so I took them with me. The staff was amazing with them. They watched my 2 year old daughter and held my 7 month old son during my procedure. Amazing experience

Left bad scars and no time to pay your bill. I stated making payments only to get sent to collections. They only care about the money.
