I've talked to an employee named Nathaniel during a couple of my visits and he has been extremely helpful. He took quite a bit of time to explain some things to me and I felt much better prepared after visiting the store.
Despite technological advancements I find it's actually quite difficult to find reliably accurate information on the internet these days. I've spent hours tracking down random forums full of strangers and I don't really know if they have any idea what they are talking about. It's nice to be able to go to a store with competent and helpful staff.

Stephanie helped me and she was super sweet and kind to me!! She helped me pick the right kind of paint I wanted and was super patient with me. Someone give her a raise, she’s too good for this world.
I needed to choose pick up paint swatches for a home project and due to the current crisis, needed to use the curbside pickup. Staff was very helpful when I needed advice on color swatches. It was a surprisingly easy and quick process!
