We had spoken with Rich over the phone earlier in the day for a recommendation on a water seal stain. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. We told him I would be by to pick it up. Well, after a flat tire fiasco that literally took ALL DAY LONG to get figured out, we finally called Rich again at 4:40. We found out they normally close at 5. He was amazing & offered to wait for me to get there. I finally arrived at about 10 after 5. He processed my order quickly without ever being short of temper. Always friendly & helpful!! He didn't have to do that, but after the day I had, it was a breath of fresh air & a kindness that went A LONG WAY!! Thank you Rich!!

Love this place only paint store I use. Beats home depot and Lowe's all the time. John is one of the knowledgeable people I know there. If you have a question he will either answer it or find you the answer. If I could give ten stars I would.
