First time experiencing the underwater treadmill was AMAZING! Water is lukewarm so it's easy to lose track of time as you meet your fitness and/or water therapy goals. The massage hose that's an additional feature feels great on those sore spots that need to be worked out. Range of motion increased dramatically from start to finish in just one session. My 3 kids have each also had their time in the tank to either recover from athletic workouts or to add to their athletic training as the speed can be from a slow walk pace to a fast running pace and resistance jets can also be added in to the workout. Owners are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!
