I shopped around with my daughter and made our selection, waited in line. The two women who worked at Claire's were piercing a kid's ears. That's fine, we waited 10 minutes in line with others behind us, the workers didn't acknowledge us, didn't look up.. we could've just walked out with the stuff and they wouldn't have noticed.. we ended up not purchasing anything and left. Longest wait in line I've been in in a long time.
A few weeks ago I went into Claire’s to get my niece a birthday present (I also got something for myself because I really wanted some of those hamburger earrings). There was a great sale going on so I got some things for my niece and I even got the hamburger earrings I’ve always wanted. Not only did the associates provide amazing customer service, they also included one of their cute little shopping bags that customers use to shop around with! How sweet was that?! Although, I don’t feel the associate included it on purpose, however, I still appreciate it and will be using the shopping bag as a DIY shower caddy... So in conclusion, Claire’s is a very beneficial store to shop at if you are in need of a shopping bag. (Or in my case, a DIY shower caddy.)
