DONT GO HERE. Took a brand new $600 watch here to have the band adjusted. First, they put the band on backwards so we had to ask them to redo it. The second time, it was incorrectly done--the band broke while going about normal business, fell on the concrete, and got severely scratched and dented.nnThey also lost some of the tiny pieces of the removed links and tried to play it off, telling US to be careful of losing them.

Bought a necklace for my husband and took it them 2 times for repair and the first time they broke it and wanted to charge us 70$ to fix the part they broke and i refused to do so, so they knocked it down to 37.89 to refix the necklace and its still broken... I would not recommend them they will make the problem worse.

Took my watch here to replace the battery, first off, it too about an hour. Second, they managed to break one of my dials, day of the week, in the process. They refuse to take responsibility for it and now I have a broken watch. Avoid them if you can.nnEdit: took it to Byron’s immediately after and he agreed that it was knocked loose when they opened my watch to replace the battery.
