They installed 10 windows into existing locations. There were two windows installed in new framework. The crew was very professional and courteous. They made sure on the two windows going into the rough openings were set to how we were going to finish the wall. The product looks well made and very satisfied with the install. The whole experience has been a pleasure from the sales team to office personnel to the installers, everyone professional. We look forward to doing business with them in the near future when we do our garage conversation

I had three proposals on the table. Chris, from window world, came in as the last option. He was such a great guy, very knowledgeable, professional, and caring with customer needs. He went beyond and above his industry peers. I’d highly recommend Chris and window world. We are extremely happy and satisfied!

They were very prompt and efficient! They cleaned up all of the mess from the old windows. The windows are good quality and look beautiful! Would definitely recommend and use them again if I needed windows!

Window World of Waco…I simply LOVE my new windows! All my neighbors continue to rave about how great they make my home look! First of all, I would like to thank Alvin Daniliuc, my sales consultant, for the time he spent helping me select the type of windows best suited for my needs. He was so knowledgeable and informative, making sure I understood every aspect of the contract/installation process .Secondly, two gentlemen I would like to commend for an outstanding job are Shane Craig and Frankie Kehrly. Both men were so professional during the installation process and very respectful of my interior/exterior areas regarding the cleanup. I could not have been more pleased with both the quality of their work and their professionalism. Thirdly, to all the ladies that assisted me in scheduling, billing and any questions I had throughout this process…Thank You All!!! Thank you everyone at Window World for making this experience a joy in every possible way. You have a “Class Act Organization” with “Class Act Employees” that represent your organization and a “Class Act Product” for your customers. I was SO happy with my Window World purchase. I am extremely disappointed that I referred my parents to you guys. They ordered windows in August, paid, & have waited for months. A refund has been refused even though windows have never made it to the warehouse. Communication has been poor. As a realtor & investor, I will never refer Window World again. As a matter of fact, I will ensure everyone I know and clients that need windows will not do business with Window World.
