I have been using 855 Bugs since 2017. I'm on the quarterly plan, and I couldn't be happier. The price is affordable and the service is outstanding. When I moved into a home with an existing infestation, they were extremely helpful--and quick--getting things resolved. They are professional, responsive, courteous, and friendly. I couldn't imagine feeling this strongly about a pest control company just a few years ago, but if you've ever struggled with pests in your home or business, you know what a positive impact their services can have on your peace of mind. Started with them when I moved into the house and found Wasps in the chimney and all around the house. They can out that day took care of everything, came back and did a recheck the following week. I then got set up on quarterly service which is great. They remember so I don't have to. They have always been prompt, professional and do great work.
We've been using these folks since we bought our house 3 years ago. We have them scheduled to come out quarterly and they come like clockwork. They are always in communication with us. We hear from them a few days before they come out, then again just before they come out and again if there are any issues we should know about. We are very pleased with the service!
I called this morning, and Aarron came out an hour later to inspect our house. He was very professional and walked me through everything. I signed up for their service and Noe was here a couple of hours later to take care of us. I was extremely impressed with everyone and how fast they got to us. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
They paid attention to detail. Answered all my questions. Applied barrier in places i didn't even think of. Appreciated their professionalism.
