I work for a construction company, building an apartment complex in Waco. I finish out the units and deal with quality control. I am a punch tech. I don't know if they would appreciate me listing their name so I won't. I have worked alongside these guys and they are top notch. Juan works in the warehouse and he is so great to deal with as well. Jennifer's guys are all professionals with a Great work ethic. I have never had one regrettable encounter with them in this project. When they tell me they will be here, they are here. They are all friendly as well. That's not a must but it sure made the time more pleasant. Almost a year has gone by and if I needed Jen's guys for any reason she would make sure I was taken care of. Kudos to them.
The Colony Apartments (03/15/2016)
We have been using Rasa Flooring for over a year now and have had minimal issues. However, last night one of the installers thought it would be okay to steal our equipment. We contacted the company and informed them that we caught their installer on camera. We were thankful for what we got back, but the fact that he will still be an employee with Rasa Floors and no punishment was done is the reason we will no longer be using them. Be cautious when using this company.
