Good selection of parts, unfortunately the associate was not able to see in his system to part model I needed for my car so it didn't really help me in the end but at least he was friendly and tried.
Terrible costumer service guy named dan, was the guy to try and help me..but he talked down to me, tried to exchange a part, but where I had exchanged the item before, he says I only get one return even if it's lifetime warranty. I said yes for that part that went bad...but then I received another same part in return,and that one is then under another lifetime warranty.he didn't understand that and said that's not how it works never will I go back unless someone reaches out to me and helps me change my mind on it.
Good customer service and was able to satisfy my immediate need for a battery.
They had what I needed, but the staff was more interested in talking to each other than talking to me.
