The service done today almost brought me to tears. As a young woman who doesn’t know anything about vehicles, I am harassed and taken advantage of every single time I get an oil change with Valvoline. They convince me I need things that I do not need in order to make money. However, when I came to the one on Mall Rd., they changed my oil. That’s it. They asked if I wanted everything looked at and I told them no. All they did was change my oil. This made my entire day.nnGoing forward, I will go out of my way to get my oil changed at this location.

Yes, they do try to up-sell, but a lot of it is also good service, like replacing that running light faster than I could have.
Use this location for a little over 3 years and they always a great job. just trying to give a old man a heart attack. When the oil filter was changed they got oil on the frame. I parked my car didn't cam back out for 2 days and had a puddle under my car. ud83dude29ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20
They were so nice and super fast! Completely honest and didn't try to take advantage of me and make me buy something I didn't necessarily need. Most people try to push on the sale but they were honest and told me it wouldn't hurt me to go without. Really appreciated the honesty. They were so quick and friendly. Definitely recommend.
