I wanna say Ms. Mary is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my account, the customer service kept giving me the run around so I called to branch and Ms. Mary answered and was very quick to get everything taken care of for me
Cant even leave a voicemail a recorded message tells to ry some other time or call 800 number where you get someone form another country,.. this is unacceptable
The employees at Chase Bank in Waco on New Road are always very helpful Carol Private Client Banker is amazing she has helped me with so many things since my husband died. She explained everything I need to change she always calls me back when I leave a message for her. Chase is very fortunate to have a knowledgeable caring employee like Carol.
Chase Bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have gotten better customer service from scammers calling me. Their phone customer service, and in person customer service is atrocious. I will be going bank to BOA.
