Every time in the past 3 months I have been here the bank not even the drive thru open until 10 where every other bank opens drive thru at 7, they have 1 lane open in the drive thru and a line around the building. I sit for an hour or more just so I can deposit my rent with 3 kids in the back seat antsy and screaming and then even a deposit takes them 10 minutes to process it seems like.

Two new employees working in a drive thruna lady and old man never seen them . They were too slow. I had a terrible experience with them. Both of them dont know how to work , I hope i dont meet them again in drive thru

Called 4 days in a row 2-3 times a day and got no answer. When I finally decided maybe I should just go over to the bank, I was greeted by a line of 25 cars and a 2+ hour wait time. Against my better judgement and a bank employees word walking out to their car I decided to stay in the line because I needed a debit card since my wallet had been stolen days before. She had told me I could do it at the drive through it might just be a wait. I finally get to the front of the line and I have an older guy tells he wouldn’t help me and they didn’t answer the phones anymore because of covid. It was my problem and if I wanted to see someone I should go to Hewitt. Been a BoA member for 20 years almost but I’m going to Chase or Wells Fargo. Whatever you do don’t open an account here or deal with these clowns.

No one answers the phone! I know I called 10 times and no one bothered to pick up. Call it a little excessive I know but darn it I was determined to talk to someone yet fail. No wonder all the Bank of America's typically have 2 start ratings.

I asked my mother to deposit $20 for me. She had my account number. They asked her if it was an emergency which is none of their business. They went ahead and did the deposit but told her never again. Apparently you cantnhave cash deposited in your account. So stupid.
